We're looking for a student to become our CEO for a day
We’d all like to be the boss for the day, making those big cut and thrust decisions that could ultimately make all the difference to the day’s triumphs and failures (“I said chocolate donuts, not jam!”).
Here at GroupiaSchoolTrips.com we're looking for a business leader of tomorrow to be our leader for a day. The winning student will get to see behind the scenes of a leading group travel company, be part of the decision making team and learn about e-commerce and travel experiences.
To apply for the position, complete the CEO mission statement in no more than 150 words;
"I’m the right candidate to be CEO for the day because..."
"I've decided there's going to be a few changes around here..."
Statements can be serious or funny, it could be good for the environment or you might have a genius plan to streamline operations or just want to spin around on a chair while complaining your moccachino has too much mocca and not enough chino.
As our chief decision maker, you will...
- Conduct a departmental meeting
- Look at our blog/content strategy
- Run our social media channels
- Critique our website design, suggest any changes
- Come up with a name for our office plant
(so we can talk to it on a one to one basis)
Candidates...
- Must be between the ages of 11-16.
- Must have permission to apply from their school and parents/legal guardian.
- Must be accompanied by a guardian on the day.
- Must be able to commute to our offices in Bath city centre.
- Must not like firing people, you’re not Lord Sugar and we’d like to keep our jobs, thanks.
